The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Data Engineer for the HIS Data Governance team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting Creating de-identified data sets (structured and unstructured) to support Solventum HIS product development globally. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products. Implementing…Working closely with Privacy and other businesses in the organization to enable cross-business collaboration. Collaborating…Working across HIS development teams to establish SOPs for Retention, Destruction, De-Identification, and other Data Governance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of (2+) years of experience in Software Development OR High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (6+) years of experience in Software Development AND (2+) years combined Data Engineering Experience with MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• (2+) years Software Development in the Cloud
• (2+) Data Governance experience
• Experience with GitHub
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Solid knowledge of healthcare and clinical data
