About The Position

Reporting to the VP, Data & Analytics, the Analytics Engineer plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions leveraging Databricks and Power BI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-stack data and BI solutions that drive business impact. We’re looking for someone who has strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. There’s room to shape the role based on your strengths and the value you bring.

Requirements

• Skilled in Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years in scalable data architecture design, including pipeline development (Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, DBT, Prefect, SQLMesh, etc).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Experience in machine learning pipelines and API development.
• Experience with Flask/Fastapi/Django.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, logistics, or a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data systems using Databricks and Prefect.
• Partner cross-functionally with data teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver aligned, well-documented solutions that meet evolving needs.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards.
• Establish governance frameworks with Unity Catalog, semantic layers, and secure access controls to ensure data integrity and usability across departments.
