About The Position

Join SAIC in supporting our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. As a Data Engineer, power the data. As a Data Engineer, you'll build and maintain ETL pipelines, ensure data quality, and support environments like Databricks, Hadoop, and Spark. This position is contingent upon award expected September 2025. Position will be located in Washington, DC at the customer site. May offer remote work upon award.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one
• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related, or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Apache Kafka/Airflow
• Cloud experience (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)

Nice To Haves

• Databricks certification
• DHS/DoD background
