  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business units and the Data & Analytics CoE, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to data architecture and modeling discussions to support enterprise analytics.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, dbt Cloud, Apache Airflow).
  • Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with experience in dashboard development and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices in data engineering.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience working in a Center of Excellence or similar enterprise-wide data function.
