About The Position
Splunk is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications Transformation Office. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and engineering skills to support our growing Go-To-Market (GTM) Business. You will be responsible for designing and developing analytics solutions using tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Python. Your work will involve coordinating production analytics deployments with the Analytics Data Platform Team and ensuring the delivery of dashboards in collaboration with the Tableau engineering team. As a Data Engineer, you will develop a deep understanding of our data and benchmarking processes, ensuring alignment with Splunk's broader data management strategy. You will identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, eliminate gaps in performance insights, and provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders. Your role will also include leading documentation efforts to create a single source of truth for GTM metrics across the company. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to integrate data, processes, and metrics requirements into corporate initiatives. Additionally, you will support Splunk's Cloud/Term renewal strategy by collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Finance to drive operational excellence and performance insights. Your ability to prioritize work based on business impact will be crucial in positively influencing Splunk's bottom line.
