This Role As a Senior Data Engineer at Norm, you will partner closely with our Senior Data Analyst and Director of Data to build the foundational data platform that powers our AI compliance engine and internal analytics capabilities. You will architect, develop, and own the data infrastructure from ingestion to transformation to delivery that enables accurate, compliant, and scalable insights across the company. You will own core data pipelines end-to-end, evolve the data platform as we scale, and ensure data is accurate, fresh, secure, and reliable. This role is highly cross-functional and central to building a modern, trusted data ecosystem across the company.
