The Opportunity As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will design and build innovative data analytics solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Technology Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering preferred
Demonstrating proficiency in designing data analytics solutions
Delivering innovative data integration for various scenarios
Advising on data models and architectures
Working with our local and Global teams to align and integrate our data solutions with other initiatives
Creating dashboards for clear information presentation
Assisting in the adoption of new data platforms
Performance tuning for enhanced user experience
Communicating complex data solutions effectively
Working experience with databases, and their modeling, querying and integration options, including relational (SQL), multi-dimensional (MDX) and tabular (DAX), Alteryx
