SUMMARY: The Data Engineer will excel in transforming raw data from diverse sources into consistent, machine-readable formats. They will be responsible for developing and testing architectures that facilitate data extraction and transformation for predictive and prescriptive modeling. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in programming languages are essential for this role, as is the ability to integrate com-plex datasets to help drive data-driven decision making in our organization. The Data Engineer will collaborate closely with others and have a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills and contribute immediately to our team’s success. Compensation Range: $124,048.08-$144,009.84 This position is only open to residents of: California, Arkansas, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Georgia.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accessibility for analysis.
  • Develop and test architectures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to support data modeling and analytics initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize data systems for performance and efficiency.
  • Document data processes and maintain data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with analysts to understand data requirements and provide support for analytical projects.
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshoot data related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish constructive professional working relationships among a diverse workforce.
  • Proficient in programing languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Advanced experience with ETL tools and data warehousing solutions including Microsoft SQL Server and Azure
  • 5+ years of advanced Data Engineering experience.
  • Healthcare industry data standards and experience is a plus.
