About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical solutions that support business stakeholders. Your work will ensure operational availability, data accuracy, and compliance with governance standards. This position requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with technical and business teams. You will play a key role in enhancing data quality, developing workflows, and supporting complex analytics initiatives that directly impact organizational decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing ETL, BI, or analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience across all stages of data solution lifecycle: definition, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Azure DataBricks, Azure Data Factory, Python, PySpark, and complex SQL queries.
  • Experience developing data quality profiling and metadata analysis processes.
  • Solid understanding of data management, governance, and relational database theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deliver robust data solutions and ETL processes in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Analyze and transform data, applying business rules and data quality metrics to support accurate reporting.
  • Quantify and qualify reported data quality issues, reporting program metrics to track progress and compliance.
  • Lead efforts to optimize data workflows, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply discretion to solve complex problems, adjust work methods, and innovate within established procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and data modelers to facilitate discussions and ensure alignment on data strategies.
  • Perform other job duties as requested to support team and organizational objectives.
