As a Data Engineer - Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and solutions that power analytics and data-driven decision-making. You will be a valued member of the Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with cloud architects, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data infrastructure.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP services such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer.
  • Develop and orchestrate data workflows using Apache Airflow to support batch and streaming data processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to build data marts and models that support advanced analytics and machine learning use cases.
  • Optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and operations.
  • Proven hands-on experience with GCP services: Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer.
  • Strong expertise in Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and both streaming and batch data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • GCP certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect).
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Exposure to machine learning workflows and integration with data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
