As a Data Engineer within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. Weekly time in one of the office locations posted is required. This position will require you to be proficient in the following: - Advanced SQL and ETL for data research and analysis; ad-hoc querying - Data mapping - map data from different systems into one common structure - Expert communication with multiple business partners is essential - Prior work experience with use cases, traceability matrix and test plans is preferred. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL and ETL for data research and analysis.
• Experience in data mapping and communication with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops, supports and implements data services for multiple applications to meet business objectives and user requirements.
• Uses technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
• Works closely with users, developers, operations and business partners to define data service requirements and the data preparation process development.
• Designs and builds data service infrastructure on multiple data platforms, according to key business processes and the overall workflow.
• Develops and implements data solutions for multiple applications to ensure its scalability, availability and maintainability.
• Implements data migration and transformation activities/processes to ensure the accuracy and security of data solutions.
