If you're an exceptional data engineer, the Camera Intelligence team is seeking you to join us in building our next generation of camera features.We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team to leverage the potential of artificial intelligence in Apple's cameras. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with data collection/annotation teams, ML researchers, and camera feature teams to integrate models, design data pipelines, and shape the data requirements for next-generation camera intelligence features. An ideal candidate should possess experience with modern machine learning workflows, a solid grasp of deep learning and the data requirements of modern network architectures.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and working with S3-like object storage systems
- Experience with efficient data storage formats for ML workflows (LMDB, HDF5, Parquet, or similar)
- Experience building ETL pipelines for image/video datasets and ML training workflows
