The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves overseeing and supporting processes by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters, reviewing performance dashboards, and supporting the team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance. Responsibilities include recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received, ensuring standard processes are followed to resolve client queries, and developing an understanding of processes/products for team members to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting. The role also requires handling technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries, managing and resolving technical roadblocks, and providing product support and resolution to clients. Additionally, the role focuses on building people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels by mentoring Production Specialists and conducting necessary trainings.
