About The Position

This role is ideal for a data engineering professional passionate about designing and implementing scalable, high-quality data solutions that drive actionable business insights. You will work with large, complex datasets from cloud and legacy systems, developing integration pipelines, maintaining data quality, and supporting advanced analytics initiatives. Requirements

• 5+ years of database development experience (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle).
• 5+ years of designing and coding ETL workflows (Matillion preferred; Informatica, Ab Initio, DataStage also acceptable).
• Strong experience in data modeling, integration pipelines, and cloud data architectures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ESRI, or Workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Lead and support data engineering implementation efforts, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain data catalogs, mappings, and comprehensive integration documentation.
• Participate in design reviews, data profiling, and deployment activities to ensure robust solutions.
• Define and enforce data standards to ensure governed, accurate, and auditable data.
• Support go-live activities and continuous improvement of data quality.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to enable actionable insights and support business decision-making.
