About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to support a 5-year program supporting a federal agency. This opportunity will upgrade your TS/SCI clearance to a CI Polygraph. The Data Engineer will support a team of developers on data integration requirements. This position is on-site 2-3 days/week at Ft Meade, MD.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with data engineering/governance
• Experience with Advana platform, Python, SQL, Databricks, and AWS
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to sit for a CI Poly
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain low-code Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) platform to assist with data transfers and transformations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to collect data, add features to the ETL platform, integrate software into the system, and validate data ingests.
• Support high volume data transfers, provide documentation of system architecture, development, and enhancements.
• Assist with data warehouse and data lakes, and engineering work.
