The Customer Analytics team is dedicated to empowering the Customer Services organization with actionable insights. The team analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize processes, and drive informed decision-making. The team's mission is to enable exceptional customer experiences through data-driven excellence. In this role, you will work alongside other Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Developers, Business Analysts, and Application Developers. As a Data Engineer on this growing team, your role is to be an expert at understanding SRP's data and then use it to create meaningful models and solutions. You will create and support data models, data flows, virtual models, and algorithms, to solve interesting business problems for data analysts, data scientists, and business users. The successful candidate will be a sharp coder that can identify patterns in complex data, enjoys making information more accessible and easier to use for analytics, likes to think of clever ways to solve tricky data problems, and loves working with people.
