About The Position

As a Data Enablement Coordinator, you will support the effective use and management of data across the organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate data processes, monitor data quality, and help ensure that systems and reporting tools are supported with reliable information. This position is well-suited for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving data workflows in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' professional experience in a data enablement or related data role
  • Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data integration, and CMS tools
  • Experience with data management, cleansing, standardization, and quality assurance processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Genuine interest and passion for working with data and an eagerness to expand skillset
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Patient and approachable; able to convey complex concepts to a variety of business users clearly

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Airtable, marketing platforms, and digital marketing channels is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Entering and updating data in databases, CMS tools, and other data repositories
  • Cleansing and standardizing data to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Resolving data discrepancies and errors
  • Performing regular data quality checks and audits
  • Identifying and rectifying data quality issues
  • Ensuring adherence to established data quality standards
  • Responding to user queries and requests related to data access and usage
  • Troubleshooting data-related issues faced by users
  • Providing guidance and training on data tools and processes
  • Documenting data processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Creating regular reports on data operations and data quality metrics
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation for data systems and tools
