This role owns the full data journey, from raw source systems to the trusted datasets and insights the business depends on.

It combines hands-on data engineering with analytical thinking, strong ownership of data quality, and a bias for moving fast with clarity.

The focus is on building solid data foundations, defining metrics that matter, and delivering insight that helps teams make better decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL expertise with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with a modern data stack.
• Ability to convert unclear business questions into structured, decision-ready data.
• A bias toward ownership, urgency, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, well-modeled datasets that support reporting, analytics, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Partners to define key metrics.
• Translate ambiguous requests into dashboards and analytical products with a clear purpose, ownership, and measurable impact.
• Maintain data quality and system stability by identifying issues early.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrences.
