About The Position

Responsible for updating database home pages including project schedules, action item lists, project contact lists, and other project tracking items according to the Project Manager and Program Manager’s specifications. Proctor web conference calls and screen sharing meetings. Customize data entry fields and tables to suit each project. As needed, build customized database reports. Import and export data into and out of the database. Assist with building and maintaining project file structure. Provide support on IT help requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma + prior related experience / or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Willingness to become QuickBase-Certified and Smartsheet-Certified within a given timeframe.
  • Proficient with the Windows Operating System and Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create folders in files system according to needs.
  • Administer user access for files/folder in file system.
  • Proctor/Host in-person and online project meetings
  • Take meeting notes as needed.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, action items, and other tracking items.
  • Build & edit project databases as needed.
  • Assist team members with general IT and database help.
  • Create customized database reports.
  • Additional responsibilities as designated by your direct supervisor or Legacy leadership.
