Northmarq is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Data Coordinator in its Bloomington, MN office to support subscription services, vendor-related processes, and daily operational needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth data operations, ensuring accurate records, and supporting internal users. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities. This position offers a flexible work environment and is available for an immediate start.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or related support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High comfort level with web‑based systems, digital tools, and online research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues professionally, and support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with digital files, structured documentation, and online information systems.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and strong problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Operations Analyst with user and subscription management, including account provisioning, access tracking, and monitoring license utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records, including contract terms, renewal dates, and digital file organization.
  • Track, process, and maintain documentation for vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Conduct monthly user audits to ensure accurate access and subscription data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with organizational processes and standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule meetings and resolve account or access-related issues.
  • Assist with ongoing data clean‑up initiatives, including record updates, deduplication, and manual data corrections.
  • Monitor and manage data-related work queues and helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely, accurate responses to internal data and subscription requests.
