Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of construction or industrial experience.
• Currently pursuing education in college or trade.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Adaptable and capable of solving complex challenges beyond original responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage data control compliance for all personnel entering and exiting the site.
• Ensure all personnel have their badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor compliance in designated parking areas.
• Document all visitors and deliveries accessing the site, maintaining consistent records for customer reference.
• Support various data control tasks, including tech troubleshooting and visitor management.
