Role experiences include: Supporting the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle by leading a team of resources to provide timely and accurate completion of projects. Coordinating with clients to identify, validate, and recommend changes to process builds that improve data quality and ensure successful project outcomes. Supporting internal partners to build and develop coordinated processes that meet margin goals. Opportunities to serve & interact across multiple product lines including Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services, and HR/Payroll. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required). MBA (a plus). Experience: A deep understanding of Defined Benefit plans. 5-8 years in project management, consulting, total benefits outsourcing administration, and/or new business implementation. Defined Benefit implementation experience is strongly preferred. Skills: Demonstrated experience in recommending administrative, benefits process, and/or builds aligning with outsourcing product/services solutions. Capable of working with large data sets, thinking analytically, and report out status and/or story. Outstanding project management skills. Proven ability to manage various sized, client-facing program/project teams to successful completion. Strong ability to navigate and manage client and/or vendor relationships. Heavy collaboration and storytelling skills, conveying confidence in your team's end goal. Ownership of outcomes and clear communication of the status and results. The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
