The Data Concern Remediation Management Central Intake team is responsible for ensuring that Data Concern submissions meet defined standards before they are sent for assessment. The Data Quality Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the Intake phase for a set of Businesses/Functions, and collaborates with submitters and Data Domains to progress or disposition each submission in an efficient and accurate manner. This is a newly created team and the role will include exposure to senior management and influence on the operating model design. Responsibilities: Manages the DCRM Intake phase for a set of Businesses/Functions and engages with senior leaders to drive process improvements Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process Report Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process Support senior management strategic vision Trains new team members Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
