About The Position

FSS Staffing is seeking Pennsylvania-based Data Collectors to join a reassessment project team. The Data Collector (Pike) is a highly visible role responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical description of real estate properties. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for long-term career growth for successful candidates.

Requirements

Located in or near Potter County, PA, with reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required during property inspections
Ability to climb stairs and carry 5–10 lbs. of equipment
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all seasons and weather conditions
Effective verbal communication skills and ability to address questions from the public
Ability to work a 40-hour work week
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Real estate experience is a plus
Census, mail carrier, or delivery experience is a plus
CPE license (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties
Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work
Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment project, maintaining professional communication and appearance at all times
