About The Position

The Training Delivery Specialist will play a key role in executing training programs, ensuring technical proficiency, safety, and compliance among data center staff. This position focuses on delivering engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and collaborating with stakeholders to support operational excellence in high-stakes data center environments. Candidates must have strong expertise in training delivery, content facilitation, and learner engagement, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and controls systems in data centers.
