About The Position

Provide sparing/logistic support to other members of the ORD team Rack scanning Audits (parts, racks, cycle counts, etc) RMA processing Part transfers Shipping and receiving of parts Perform white glove delivery escort duties Travel to different sites within the region to provide support as needed. You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects This is intended to be a career development role to higher technical positions within the data center environment.
