About The Position
The position involves providing escorting services for DXC Technology and non-DXC Technology personnel, vendors, and customers within secured spaces and data center white spaces, adhering to DXC Technology security policies. The role requires technical oversight during escorting activities, ensuring compliance with approved Change or Incident records. Communication is a key aspect, as the individual will interface with requestors through various channels and participate in technical change reviews and incident troubleshooting calls. The position also involves reviewing data center access requests, maintaining documentation, supporting inventory management, and performing various IT-related tasks in a data center environment.
