About The Position
Fidelity Enterprise Infrastructure is currently hiring a Data Center Technician III for the Data Center and Colocation Operations team. Primary responsibility is to provide implementation and support services across several different platforms including telephony, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SAN), server hardware and storage devices. As a member of the Data Center Operations Team, the successful applicant will be involved in activities including the installation, support, and decommissioning activities related to above mentioned platforms. They will have the capability to cable, label, and test server & network connectivity (fiber and copper) to the devices, as well as diagnose and correct issues related to the supported platforms is essential. Additional responsibilities include critical space management, asset management/inventory control and strict adherence to change and incident management policies. This role will include four 10-hour days over a weekend while working a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
