About The Position

Supplier Services drives and supports the OCI’s Colo-supplier program. As OCI continues to scale, it becomes increasingly important that we efficiently and effectively manage our Colo supply-base. The Supplier Management Services Program Manager is a critical role that drives strategic initiatives & continuous improvement as well as provides timely support to key internal stakeholders in Datacenter Operations, Datacenter Engineering, Site Selection and others.

Requirements

• Strong business and data center background
• Track record of fixing things
• Bias for action
• Experience in the datacenter colocation is needed
• Experience in a fast-paced management environment, making quick decisions to remove blockers or risks to the business and the employees managed
• Comfortable working across remote teams
• Ability to compartmentalize tasks to separate and manage exceptions differently from the normal day-to-day
