Xerox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Solution Architect to join our team in a pivotal role that focuses on delivering innovative data center solutions to our clients. This position is integral to our mission of providing world-class services and solutions that enhance the workplace experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data center technologies, including servers, storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, and public cloud infrastructure as a service. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to write comprehensive statements of work, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. As a Data Center Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of the total service being sold to the client. This includes translating business needs into successful data center solutions, generating complete Bills of Materials, and crafting Statements of Work for solution delivery. You will lead the services architecture work stream through deal closure and transition to operational readiness, ensuring that the solutions are commercially acceptable to the customer. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing client business requirements and crafting winning solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations. In this role, you will also engage with various stakeholders, providing continuous feedback and sharing knowledge to contribute to the overall improvement of Xerox's service offerings. Your ability to articulate the entire service to clients or partners on both technical and business levels will be essential in clearly identifying benefits and risks associated with the proposed solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within the US, with travel expectations of up to 10%.
