About the Role: We are actively seeking a Data Center Service Manager who will lead a group of Field Technicians to efficiently execute planned maintenance, repairs, overhaul, and installations of big commercial projects in an effort to exceed the expectations of our customers and meet revenue and margin targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial air conditioning business including but not limited to relationship management, talent development, field operations, and safety. This role will require the Service Manager to be in the field 60% of the time and 40% of the time in the office, with 60% regional travel, depending upon candidate's location. The ideal candidate is located in a Midwestern state.
