The Security Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a security contract site, ensuring effective management of security personnel, customer service, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves leadership, operational direction, and performance management to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

  • Direct and manage all site Security Officers and SOC Operations.
  • Provide operational direction to team members and manage all activities related to security, safety, and continuity.
  • Identify and recruit new talent for the security team.
  • Participate in the employee onboarding process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Train, develop, motivate, and empower security personnel for day-to-day operations.
  • Manage employee performance, including appraisals and corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain processes for efficient SOC Operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of security systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight and feedback to improve performance with internal teams.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and escalate issues as required.
  • Monitor and track metrics and key performance indicators for reviews and audits.
  • Coordinate with the region to establish site goals and objectives.
  • Manage administrative and operational functions to ensure accurate scheduling and compliance.
  • Conduct account inspections and manage the inspection scorecard for compliance.
  • 5 years of related management experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver messages to multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to bridge data from multiple platforms.
  • Critical thinking skills within a security program.
  • Ability to manage KPI in collaboration with teams.
  • Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, preferably C-Cure and Genetec.
  • Willingness to undergo an extensive background check.
  • Ability to travel regularly to contracted sites as needed.
