Key Responsibilities Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into practical, scalable data center solutions. Support pre-sales architecture activities, including developing specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), pricing inputs, and detailed quoting packages. Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to support strategic bids and customer opportunities. Act as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure aligned solutions. Contribute to solution design validation by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial viability. Assist in feasibility assessments and provide technical input to support bid/no-bid decisions. Develop high-quality technical proposals that align customer needs with standardized and optimized solutions. Strengthen win rates through precise solution design, strong technical positioning, and clear customer alignment. Maintain high technical quality by following established design standards, documentation practices, and review processes. Identify opportunities to improve solution consistency, efficiency, and overall sales effectiveness. You Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales roles. Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical infrastructure opportunities. Hands-on experience developing solution architectures, BOMs, cost inputs, and technical proposals. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams. Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions. Solid understanding of data center fundamentals, including power, cooling, capacity planning, and infrastructure integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with CRM systems, configuration/quoting tools, and technical modeling platforms. Track record of contributing to improved solution quality, sales outcomes, or process efficiency. Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.
