You’ll work across teams and technologies to deliver smarter solutions that help power the internet, cloud services, and AI innovation. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or relevant equivalent experience
  • Experience in the US data center market with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and sales, existing industry network in the data center space is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of customer organizations from technical stakeholders to senior decision makers
  • Hands on experience with CRM and sales management tools plus strong business planning and forecasting skills
  • Self motivated and goal driven with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in a matrixed cross cultural team environment with both domestic and international collaboration
  • Willing and able to travel up to 70% primarily within the US with some international travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales development efforts for the data center segment in North America, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Act as the go to expert and main point of contact for data center customers guiding them from first engagement through to implementation
  • Collaborate across Danfoss segments to deliver integrated solutions that solve customer needs and support long term relationships
  • Use your technical and commercial expertise to clearly communicate the value of Danfoss HVAC/R solutions in data center applications
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience by orchestrating touchpoints across the organization and ensuring consistency at every step
