About The Position

The position involves overseeing Tenant Improvement works associated with the fit-out of new data center spaces. The role requires a strong desire and capability to learn, grow, and develop new skills while empowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities. The individual will need to understand the design and functionality of the data center and work collaboratively with design, construction, and commissioning teams to integrate new electrical distribution systems with existing data center infrastructure. Additionally, the role includes supporting and validating on-site data center operations in relation to the electrical infrastructure and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mission-critical electrical systems, operations, and functionality. The candidate will also be responsible for developing digitized electrical distribution templates to support rack placement and empowering operational optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Industrial or Process Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in defining, designing, and operating data center critical infrastructure
• Demonstrated record of innovation and influence within the data center space
• Proven track record of successful process definition and systems architecture
• Experience in successful infrastructure roadmap planning
• Deep understanding of data center electrical systems architecture
