As a Microsoft Data Center Project Manager (DCPM) - IT/Network, you will be responsible for managing service incidents, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. This role involves collaboration across teams and mentorship within data centers, contributing to the operational excellence of Microsoft's cloud services.

  • Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate as appropriate.
  • Manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives.
  • Follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report any safety or security issues immediately.
  • Recognize potential customer impact of events and communicate accordingly.
  • Proactively review schedules to avoid conflicts.
  • Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to clarify expectations.
  • Suggest ways to reduce maintenance risks and accommodate scheduling needs.
  • Hold self-accountable for service quality and customer experience.
  • Support escalation of issues to the appropriate owner.
  • High School diploma or equivalent AND 2+ years experience supporting IT equipment or delivering server and network deployment projects.
  • 1+ year of data center experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
  • 2+ years' experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU).
  • Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
