ADB is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end project management lifecycle for data center, technology, and critical infrastructure construction projects. This role partners closely with LOB leaders and project teams to coordinate schedules, reporting, communications, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with contract requirements. The Project Coordinator will facilitate meetings, manage project documentation and systems, support subcontractor tracking and invoicing, assist with change orders, and contribute to project closeout and financial processes to keep projects running efficiently from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong communication and coordination skills, take ownership of their work, and proactively support both internal teams and external stakeholders.
