As a Microsoft Data Center Project Manager (DCPM), you will be responsible for troubleshooting service incidents, managing projects to meet service delivery objectives, and escalating issues to stakeholders to remove obstacles. This role involves following safety policies, participating in root cause analysis, and collaborating across teams to share best practices. You will play a key role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services, while also focusing on personal and professional development through various training and growth opportunities.

  • Demonstrate conscientiousness on cost and adhere to budget requirements.
  • Follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report immediately any safety or security issues or concerns.
  • Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate as appropriate to meet SLA/OLAs.
  • Recognize potential customer impact of other events and communicate potential impact accordingly.
  • Proactively review schedules and avoid conflicts when possible.
  • Identify, coordinate, manage expectations, and offer alternatives when defining customer solutions.
  • Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure expectations are clarified and met.
  • Suggest ways for reducing the risk of performing maintenance and accommodate scheduling needs.
  • Hold self-accountable for service quality, completeness, and resulting customer experience.
  • Support escalation of issues to appropriate owner.
  • Embody the company's culture and values.
  • High School Qualification or equivalent AND 2+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
  • Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND 5+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures.
  • Applicable certifications: APICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP.
