About The Position
As a Data Center Program Manager, Fiber Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining the fiber infrastructure that supports Microsoft's cloud services across the Americas region. This position involves overseeing both outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) fiber delivery, ensuring 100% availability of owned fiber, and implementing best practices for fiber maintenance and installation. You will collaborate with a geographically dispersed team of fiber specialists and vendors to enhance existing fiber installations and manage the fiber network's integrity and performance.
