About The Position
The Data Center Operations Specialist at Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) is responsible for providing professional technical support and maintenance for the organization's computer hardware environment. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, project work, and capacity management for data center facilities and telecommunications rooms. The specialist will work under the direction of the Senior Data Center Operations Lead and is expected to operate independently while also mentoring junior team members.
