The Data Center Operations (DCO) Specialist provides support to all the computer end-users of The Brooklyn Hospital Center including all of its remote sites. Responsible for back end related functions (e.g. network and servers) serving as the point of contact for the Service Desk Analyst (SDA) team, Telecommunication Voice (TELV) team, and other various Information Technology related teams in back end related issues and escalation. Supports the Service Desk Analyst and Telecommunication Voice teams during information technology projects and other computer services-related issues.
