The Data Center Engineer will be responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and support of Windows and Linux servers, storage devices, backups and nightly scheduled jobs. The Data Center Engineer will respond to server, storage and network alarms and outages document network the infrastructure, update and close trouble tickets and document root cause of server, storage and network issues. The Data Center Engineer will report to the Data Center Manager and will work closely with other members of the technology departments to support all technology at our client’s sites and implement new technologies.
