About The Position

The position involves developing teams that support and implement multi-functional and multi-location projects and systems. The role requires defining, documenting, and managing the scope, expectations, implementation approach, results, and acceptance testing criteria. Additionally, the candidate will develop and lead an effective risk mitigation strategy for the projects undertaken. The individual will assist in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives and will regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure that unit objectives are met. The ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is crucial, along with a successful track record as a manager. A detailed knowledge of technical and business concepts in several related application areas is also required.

• BA/BS degree preferred.
