About The Position

Another Source’s client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting three Data Center Maintenance Technicians to join their team on-site in Tukwila, WA. (Internally titled: Data Center Operations Technician) Standard Work Schedule: This role operates on a 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts). There are three openings: one swing shift and two graveyard shifts. All hires will begin with day-shift training before transitioning to their assigned shift. Post-training shifts include: Swing Shift (1 opening): 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM, four 10-hour shifts Graveyard Shift (2 openings): 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, four 10-hour shifts, scheduled either Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday About Sabey Data Centers: Sabey Data Centers is a premier multi-tenant data center provider, setting the standard for operational excellence, efficiency, and sustained uptime. About the role: This position will be responsible for "hands-on" day-to-day operation of a 24/7 data center that includes administrative office space. The facility incorporates state of the art redundant power and environmental systems. This position is responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance tasks, cleaning equipment rooms, troubleshooting electrical / mechanical equipment, and operating building control systems.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • General maintenance skills or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to become proficient in other software.
  • Working knowledge of the English Language – ability to demonstrate written and verbal comprehension and expression.
  • Ability to respond promptly to on-call situations.
  • Excellent time management skills – ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
