As a Data Center Construction/Low-voltage Vendor managing TPM, you will be tasked with managing complex construction programs, coordinating various technical aspects, and driving project timelines to meet the company's ambitious goals. This position requires a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project productivity. Design Review and Optimization: Collaborate with the design team to review and optimize data center designs, considering factors such as scalability, energy efficiency, and future-proofing. Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring their performance meets Oracle's standards and project requirements. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Regularly assess and update risk management plans. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Progress Reporting: Generate accurate and timely project reports, including status updates, financial forecasts, and risk assessments, for internal stakeholders.
