About The Position

The Data Center Logistics Associate L1 at Milestone Technologies is responsible for the safe movement of parts within client Data Centers, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely shipments. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, utilizing various technologies and equipment to facilitate logistics operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of operations experience.
• 1+ years of material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment.
• Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team.
• Initiative to complete tasks independently as assigned.
• Agility to manage changing workload priorities.
• Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Competency in workplace safety basics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to be challenged and learn new skills.
• Inventory control skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Windows, Apple (Mac and iPad), and peripheral devices.
• Operational experience with 16' and 26' box truck driving (certificate preferred).
• Forklift or electric pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely move parts into, out of, and around the client Data Centers using various technology and equipment.
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
• Transport inventory using hand tools, material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), and box trucks, adhering to safety procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Contribute to overall Service Delivery excellence.
