About The Position

The Data Center Infrastructure Engineer at NVIDIA will lead and implement sophisticated architectures in data centers, focusing on network, storage, and compute resources to meet customer requirements and ensure high uptime. This role involves continuous improvement of cloud-based solutions, management of data center infrastructure, and support for monitoring applications with an emphasis on automation. The engineer will also handle critical engineering issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a datacenter operations engineer with critical systems and telecommunications infrastructure standards.
• Deep knowledge of data center operations including network, power, rack layouts, and cabling.
• Operational experience with compute, storage, and GPU servers in air and water cooled environments.
• Experience with ERMA, Break-fix, and reading P2P cabling.

• Experience with NetBox, CMMS, SNOW, and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement sophisticated architectures in data centers.
• Review, evaluate, and improve structured cable solutions for NVIDIA network topologies.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing and deploying data center infrastructure.
• Support and expand data center monitoring applications with a focus on CI/CD automation.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Handle network, electrical, and mechanical operations at NVIDIA data centers.
• Analyze and resolve critical engineering issues under tight timelines.
