About The Position
The Data Center Infrastructure Engineer/Technical Lead serves as the primary technical liaison between the Zones service delivery team and the customer, focusing on executing Data Center Transformation, Migration, and Managed services plans. This role ensures the smooth implementation of the target state environment, aligning Networks, Servers, and Storage with customer performance and availability requirements. The ideal candidate will understand all elements impacting the transformation of a customer datacenter and incorporate them into the overall IT infrastructure design and implementation plans.
