TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Data Center Field Technician III Lead with a strong background in data center and central office environments, specializing in rack & stack deployments, fiber work, and DC power integration. The ideal candidate will assist with the physical installation, basic testing, and documentation of telecom hardware to ensure high-quality project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.   • Perform rack & stack installations in data centers and central offices, including installing/removing ladder racks, fiber raceways, and cabinets
  • Execute fiber cabling tasks, including running, cleaning, scoping, and terminating fiber patch cords to Fiber Distribution Panels (FDPs)
  • Conduct DC power work including -48V rectifier and PDU installations/removals (live network environments)
  • Assist in basic testing of hardware to support quality installations and service turn-ups
  • Read and interpret Engineering Design Packages (EDPs) and Visio drawings
  • Perform site audits, inspections, and virtual audits with remote teams
  • Document and submit job data including redlines, time & expenses, and closeout reports promptly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Site Leads, and Remote Testers
  • Follow Methods of Procedure (MOP) prior to and during job execution
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites; manage materials and debris removal
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and test equipment safely
  • Minimum 5 years of IP Transport experience
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary technical training preferred
  • Direct Central Office Data Center experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  • Must be able and willing to travel 75–100% across the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in data center environments
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, fiber tools, and power tools
  • Good understanding of DC power systems, ESD handling, and fiber optics
  • Strong time management, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow structured MOPs and escalate issues as needed
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
  • Able to work long hours and maintain high productivity in the field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pay: $30 per hour
  • Per Diem: $135 per day
