Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G network deployment and maintenance.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting 5G network equipment and technologies.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, wireless communications, and RF principles.
- Familiarity with testing tools and equipment used in telecommunications (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various work sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.
- On-Site Field Support, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting
- Install, Integrate and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
- Install, Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications.
- Support troubleshooting of all T-1, ATM backbone, microwave backhaul transmission methodology.
- Support RMA process tracking and documentation for MMBS equipment.
